Do I need any dance experience?

No. This workshop welcomes all bodies, all levels, and all backgrounds. No previous experience is needed.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and a notebook for the reflective writing sessions.

Is the workshop suitable if I'm feeling emotionally sensitive?

Yes. The space is held with care, safety, and therapeutic awareness. You are always invited to listen to your body and take breaks whenever needed.

Will there be breaks?

Yes. We pause throughout the day for rest, writing, snacks, and integration.

Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person if you can no longer attend.

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund.
